i found the staff to be quite friendly. the entertainment team was always happy (even in the heat!). the bed was comfy and the air con worked well. i liked that the wifi worked throughout the hotel and in the rooms.
the food was not great and quite flavourless (in my opinion). there was loud music by the pool with no consistent genre all day. i also found the pool too busy and overcrowded.

i enjoyed the spa and its massage options. a lounge and bar area provided places to relax. the hotel included two pools, one for adults and another for kids. i appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and attentive service provided by the staff .

Fantastic Getaway!

I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. Mohamed from the night shift at reception really stood out. The pool area had many beautiful plants and palm trees. Daily resort activities motivated everyone to participate and enjoy themselves (I loved the water aerobics!). The hotel location provides quick access to the airport, mall, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast options-omelets, Moroccan pancakes, croissants-were delicious.
The fitness suite was basic. The small, locked room had a dirt floor and stacked cushions.

The service team was attentive, particularly the reception staff, responding quickly to requests and offering helpful advice about local attractions. The breakfast service was quick, and staff kept the buffet stocked and tables cleared (the coffee service was prompt!).

The pools had clean water. Plenty of sun loungers are available around the pool area. The on-site parking was convenient and secure (the gates are monitored!).
